I am using Sunrise TV through Apple TV. I was away for some time, so the system asked me to login again. I tried to use my login details, but the system told me they are incorrect. I checked my login details online and they work fine. I clicked on “forgot password”, the system asks me for my customer/phone number then tells me “General error”. I called customer support, they reset my password, but the system still says it is wrong. I deleted/re-installed the app, restarted Apple TV etc. I called back on technical support. They either transfer me to German language (I don’t speak German) or to English technical support where I wait for 1 hour (yes, one hour) and no one answers. I am on the verge of canceling my contract. Any help?
