Sunrise
Connect Box 2

Yesterday just before lunchtime the internet stopped working. The box is flashing red. We have turned power off and on 20 times and reset about 5 times. There is no phone number for sunrise support. Can someone please send me a phone number so I can actually talk to a person? Or, any other advice

        Thanks. I’ve now been transferred up the chain of support. Whilst the issue is not yet solved (seems its a building wide infrastructure issue), i must say that the 2nd level/level 2 support team have been helpful and good at communicating updates.
