I already wrote that I was forced to use a service from a company unknown to me: Bright Mobil B.V.Handy Lernen DIMCO. I managed to prove that I do not use their service and 40chf was withdrawn from my account. This month I again received a bill for the service of this company unknown to me: 03.08.24 (12.49) - 9.99chf and 10.08.24 (12.58) - 9.99 chf When will this imposition of accounts that are not mine finally stop! Should I sue Sunrise?

I have seen in your bill that an amount has been debited via Sunrise Pay. However, something can only be debited via Sunrise Pay if this is confirmed. It is therefore possible that even the smallest click is enough to conclude a so-called subscription. It is important to note that this is a third-party provider who only passes on the service to Sunrise because you have chosen to pay for this service via the Sunrise bill.
