About two weeks ago, I purchased a prepaid unlimited plan for an upcoming trip and completed the ID verification process. However, my plan still shows as “pending” with the status “ID is being checked.” Customer service advised me to call 0800 707 200 or +41 58 777 01 01 to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, my current (Belgian) service provider blocks these calls. Additionally, I am unable to visit a Sunrise store in person due to my location.
Therefore, I would like to ask if there is any other way to get the eSIM activated remotely, or alternatively, a way to get my money back?
