How to get a signal repeater

I’m often stuck in meetings (mostly listening) but need to go do laundry or pick up kids from school and the cellular signal is so bad that the call drops whilst going into the basement or underground carpark, so I’d like to investigate getting a signal booster.
According to the Federal Office of Communications I would require the permission of Sunrise to install a repeater and it would need to be installed by a specialist telecommunications company.
Has anyone else done this? and have you managed to get Sunrise to pay for it (due to bad coverage)? or do you know any companies that would work with Sunrise to get the permits and do the installation?

We regret the poor reception, but reception is not guaranteed in areas such as basements and underground car parks and is not guaranteed by Sunrise. This is because they are underground and the signal cannot penetrate there.
