Jafar Relocation through the app “Report the move” lands on the page was not found. I could chat with an agent and she suggested me to call 0800 707 600 but no one answers the call.

Jafar I also got this error recently while going through relocation in the app. I spoke with one of the Sunrise agents; they know these problems and are trying to fix them soon. Meanwhile, you can request relocation by phone call through 0800 707 707.
