I just returned from an extended trip out of country and have come back to find most of my channels missing.
I checked the website and saw that there was a change on June 4 - followed instructions to reset my media box Including factory reset) and still only a few of the English channels I orginally had are there.
I called customer support and when choosing the correct options, I end up with a busy signal.
I have been a UPC customer for over 15 years and this is unacceptable.
Please assist asap.
