I have completed the Digital Identity Validation process, but it still asks me to scan the QR code and start the Digital Identity Validation process in My Sunrise… Do I need to step through the process again, or should I wait the 2 business days to see if my previous attempt at validating worked?

Have you had any progress with this? I have the same issue, applied for a new SIM and did the ID validation a week ago and tried it again a couple days ago. Both times it went through succesfully, but in My Sunrise it says I still have to do the validation.

It ended up getting verified a few days later for me. I think my issue was I was waiting for it to be verified on the weekend, when it said it would take up to 2 business days.

Waiting for a week sounds like an issue though. If you have a friend with a Swiss number, perhaps call Sunrise Customer Support from their phone? Or use their chat support system on My Sunrise?

jaroll I did exactly that today, called them with my gf’s phone and somewhere along the way after being redirected like 5 times they just hung up…

Went to a nearby Sunrise store where they scanned my ID (Belgian one) and said it’s all good and should be on the way so hopefully it’ll be there soon.

Though I did get an email about ID verification through the postal service to get a copy of my id which seems a bit strange to me since the guy at the store took pictures of it but we’ll see…
