Could you please clarify what happens if there is a defect with the TV box outside of the warranty period? Are there any support options or replacement services available?

As the Sunrise TV Box cannot be purchased and is part of the subscription, and the device belongs to Sunrise, you have a guarantee on the device for as long as you use and pay the Sunrise TV product.
