Hello. When I got my new Modem from Sunrise, it came with a return label so I could return my old UPC Connect Box 2 (VOIP - 1017 / MV2 P1) (E45740B041DD) to Sunrise. I popped the old Connect Box 2 in the box, slapped on the label and dropped it off at my local post office here in Erlenbach on the 14 of July.
Then, much to my surprise, I got an email from no_reply@support.sunrise.ch asking me to use the attached label to return the same device on August 1st. It turns out that the box should have been dropped at one of the Päckli Punkt drop-off locations, and NOT my regular Swiss Post office. So, I went back to the post office and asked them if they still had the package. Frustratingly, they said, “No, and we would never has accepted the package because we know those labels have to be dropped at the Kiosk.” But, they did accept the package on the 14th.
Making matters worse, it seems impossible to open a support ticket with Sunrise and I fear that replying to the email they sent me asking for the device is not going to be fruitful (because of the ominous “no_reply” at the start of the address.) Any idea how I can get this message to someone at Sunrise, or should I just wait for the charges to show up on my credit card for the value of the now lost device?
Thank you,
Pepper
