In my optinion the Sunrise TV Box is the worst TV box I have ever seen. It’s unbelievable that it took 3.5 billion years of evolution of the human race to create such a piece of crap. I will look around for another Internet/ TV provider just because of this crap box. It has the technology of today and the user friendliness of a rock. The only channel overview available shows me around 5 channels at the same time. The blocked channels are not visible as blocked until i add them as favorites to one of my accounts. Yes, ACCOUNTS! I must have an account named e.g. Sports so that i can have a favorite list of sports channel. And please remove that PAY TV crap or let people remove it. If i want that on my screen i will let you know. The hardware of the box is ok but the software is the worst and user unfriendlinest possible I could not have imagined in my worst nightmares. Please use an AI to create the user interface of the next box. It couldn’t be worse.
