Cant connect Google Nest Wifi access point

I recenty joined sunrise and added a google nest wifi set (router+access point) to the Sunrise modem. While the router works perfectly, the access point fails to connect. I have tried all basic troubleshooting. I spoke with google and they said maybe its an issue with double NAT and i should speak with Sunrise. Has anyone set up a Google Nest Wifi? Any advice?

We have made the switch to IPv4, which will be completed in a few minutes. Can you please test it again afterwards?

Dear Daniele,

Thank you so much for the assistance! I tested it and it was the same story. Actually the process moved further but the installation didnt complete again. At the end i found in a forum that there should be a fix if both phone and google assistant are in the same language/region, so once i did it worked all well! Probably a combination of the ipv4 and language! Thanks!
