Are you looking for information on how to correctly report spam mails to our Abuse Team? Then you are in the right place.
Please note:If you use a mail client such as Outlook and want to have the mail header displayed, we recommend using a search engine with the term “Show mail header in Outlook instructions”.
Log in to the Sunise or UPC mail portal.
Go to your spam mails and select one of them.
Right-click on the selected mail so that the context menu appears. Select View source.
A pop-up window appears. Select the entire content (in Windows with CTRL+ A) and copy it (in Wndows with CTRL + C). Paste the copied content into another e-mail and send it to our Abuse Team (abuse@sunrise.net). It does not matter whether it is a UPC or Sunrise mail account on which you received the spam mail.
Our Abuse Team will analyze your reported spam mail and optimize our protective measures.
