On the forthcoming Change Day on 7 September 2016, we will mainly be making technical adjustments to the network. By making changes to the transport streams we can create additional capacity on our network.
Digital radio is very popular in Switzerland. And that is no wonder because it offers numerous advantages, such as a wider choice of channels in top quality, simple channel searching or useful information on the display such as the song title, artist or details of the current radio programme.
Digital radio requires sufficient capacity. In order to make this quality and future developments to our network possible, we will be making technical adjustments to our transport streams on the forthcoming Change Day. At the same time, we will be activating some new TV channels.
