No mobile network

I recently switched from to Sunrise.

I don’t have mobile network at my home most of the times ( like in attached picture). With old operator it worked always.

I live at Engenbuelstrasse, 8304- Wallisellen.

I have to work from home but cannot receive call anymore.

Do anyone suggest if I can resolve this ?

Hi Claudio,

Yes, Still very poor network. Call drops frequently.

I called customer support who told that there is some work going on in this area but no information about when it will complete.

This is still same in my area. How can I cancel my contract ?
