Dear Community,
maybe I am doing something wrong. My router stopped working. Would like to know how to contact a support specialist.
I tried the following
- I reset the router following the recommended procedure and it didn’t work
- The online diagnostic tool detected a problem with the connection. I unplugged and plugged but this did not work.
Everything was working ok and then suddenly the problem appeared.
Can anybody suggest a possible fix?
