edanecula Hi, has anyone come up with the issue where Sunrise puts a fee (270 CHF) in the monthly bill for administratives charges related to porting a number from another provider ? we explicitly mentioned to respect the retention dates of the old provider so it is very unfair. I have tried to arrange to get a call back from support but they don’t call either. Has anyone else experience this issue?
