eSIM profile can't be imported back after deletion on same or different device

I was using an iPhone 12 with a Sunrise eSIM profile. While abroad I tried to migrate my eSIM profile from my iPhone to a Galaxy S23 Ultra.
Since the system was claiming the profile was already in use with another device, I read in the different forum that I had to remove the eSIM profile from the iPhone.

Now it’s done I can’t import back the profile with the QR Code or by entering the code manually on both the original iPhone or the SG I get a message saying the code is deprecated.

Since I don’t have the hardware SIM on me and I can’t access my mailbox at home, I wonder how can I do to get a working eSIM profile.

In my account it claims the eSIM profile can be used 19 times before expiring.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on ?

I have the same problem with my eSIM card. I have successfully removed it from the device. Unfortunately it still shows as active in mysunrise and it is not possible to load it into a new device and start using it. I have also tried to request a new eSIM but no information has been received. I have only had the request to change my eSIM lit here for a few days, but nothing has arrived in my email.

However, I need to get this sorted out. I don’t have this problem with other foreign operators. Vodafone.de or T-mobile CZ or Vodafone CZ work without problems.

Please help me
