I was using an iPhone 12 with a Sunrise eSIM profile. While abroad I tried to migrate my eSIM profile from my iPhone to a Galaxy S23 Ultra.
Since the system was claiming the profile was already in use with another device, I read in the different forum that I had to remove the eSIM profile from the iPhone.
Now it’s done I can’t import back the profile with the QR Code or by entering the code manually on both the original iPhone or the SG I get a message saying the code is deprecated.
Since I don’t have the hardware SIM on me and I can’t access my mailbox at home, I wonder how can I do to get a working eSIM profile.
In my account it claims the eSIM profile can be used 19 times before expiring.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on ?
