Few months ago I received an email from sunrise after purchasing an additional pod telling me I will get a new modem in a few days. That modem will not to require to use a pod as an wired emmiter as the modem would do it. Since them I received all sort of answers from the support including total nonsense. I went to a shop to get a better answer and no order is ongoing for me and they can’t do anything.
I’m stuck in a no solution zone.
The model is not mentioned but I suspect it is the connect box 3.
Please help if you are able to.
I’m now thinking to purchase plume wifi 6e as it is the next generation and those pods are delivering at least 5 times what wifi on the modem (5g) can.
My villa is connected with an old phone line (wire) and the pods are really a solution to me. I can finally watch 4k movies streaming withing the network.
Is wifi 6e compatibe or available from sunrise ?
Is the modem able to handle the 6e network ?

Désormais, vos Smart WiFi Pods se connectent automatiquement au modem. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez modifier le nom de votre réseau Wi-Fi ainsi que votre mot de passe en utilisant la Connect App ou dans les paramètres du modem.
