Hello,
I have two kids, and each of them got an apple witch with cellular support. We manage these watches as family watches in my Apple account. I set up we connect watch plan with one of the smartwatches and it works correctly. However, when I tried to set it up for the second watch, It didn’t work properly. During the setup, the watch asks me to choose an option:
1. either transfer the existing plan, including the number, to the second watch (which I don’t want)
- or to active a new plan for the new watch (which is what I want)
The problem is I cannot select any options on the page; there are only two clickable buttons - cancel (which cancels the whole process) or confirm (which will automatically pick option one and transfer the number to the second watch).
I wonder if this is a technical issue or if setting up 2 or more connect watch plans on a single account is unsupported. Apple clearly supports this setup, so this must be an issue on Sunrise’s side.
