Dear @Sunrise_Team , with all my respect but your Support services is mockery. I reported that my new Connect Box 3 router not working on Saturday 11.05.2024. First diagnostic, cable is broken. Visit to the shop on Monday, I had to pay for a new cable even if support said that will be for free. But it was a wrong cable-returned. Two other cables used in the following days - all off them verified. Nothing changed. Many factory reset tried (10s, 15 sec, 25 sec etc), talked with 4 support guys. No change. After 5 days, Thursday 16.05.2024 - still no Internet. And I’m working from home. Fortunatelly my Yallo mobile was good enogh, thanks to God I did not accept Sunrise offer to make the switch with mobile too.
Wondeful Support Team, how long will take until my problem will be fixed???!!! Its really a mess your service. Honestly, the previous router was working with no problem for 5 years.
