We have Sunrise We Home L and We Phone M.
We are moving to a different apartment in the same building which means our postal address will not change.
But we need to set up the Connect Box 2 and the land line at the new location. How do we activate our existing fixed line phone number and modem (which connects via coaxial) in the new apartment?
Moving day is Wednesday 8 May.
