We were informed about some changes in the internet settings (switch from port 2 to port 1) that would take place on 15 April 2024. As the internet continued to work through port 2, I did not change the settings (change green plug from port 2 to 1, wait one hour etc.). However, as of 30. April, the internet stopped working and upon talking to the support 3 times and resetting the router twice, I was informed that a technician (via cablex) would contact me to set up a visit in order to have a look at this problem. Until now, nobody has contacted me and we are 3 days without internet and tv. Anyone experienced similar “service”?
Can I contact cablex without sunrise opening a ticket with them? Most likely not, no?
Any shared experiences and tips are greatly appreciated.
