Hello, I have Araknis AN-310-RT router behind the Internet Box. I can see that the Internet box receives ipv6 Delegated Prefix subnet 2001:1715:klmn:abcd::/60 subnet which seems to be publically routable. It also receives the CPE LAN IPv6 Address that is from this /60 subnet.

The Araknis router has Dual-Stack IP (IPv4 and IPv6) enabled and DHCP-PD enabled (I also tried manually using /64 from the initially given subnet). Hosts in the LAN network receive ipv6 from the Delegated Prefix (/60) but only can reach the Araknis router, not the Sunrise Internet Box.

Do you have any guidance on how can I use ipv6 over my router? Is there a way to configure DHCP-PD on the Internet Box?

First of all, congratulations on getting IPv6 dual stack with IPv4. Are you on Fiber? 1Gb?

I am trying to get it myself (with Fiber, 1Gb), but even after activating the “ON” for IPv6, I get nothing…

Now, for your problem, it seems like you use the Internet Box, and then behind it your own router? What is the setup? DMZ?

If your hosts in the LAN get an IPv6 address (with SLAAC I suppose), but cannot route out to the Internet, but only to your own router, it’s a route issue in your router. On your hosts, can you give us the output of the default route?

Then on your router, what is the default route for IPv6 (ie ::/0)?
