Swisscom have confirmed to me that my local cabinet / exchange (just 50 metres away) is compatible with Profile 35b and yet my router shows only 17a because my line has not been configured with 35b yet. Sunrise need to request this directly to Swisscom. My router Fritz 7590 is compatible with 35b so this will not be a problem. My line is also assessed as being capable of 400+mbps
I’ve tried to explain this via Sunrise Support, and requested them to contact Swisscom to configure my line for Profile 35b, but he Sunrise technical support have no idea what I am talking about.
Therefore, I wanted to write an email to Technical Support to explain / request, but Sunrise no longer has email contact.
How to progress and make this happen then ? I am writing here as a last chance. Do you want to lose a customer of 20 years to Swisscom or SALT, or do you want to keep us ?
