Hi. I have just become a Sunrise customer (no: DELETED) after swapping from UPC. I have just received a letter from UPC (customer no: DELETED) saying access to my hispeed.ch email account will be stopped.
Please may I continue to have access to my hispeed.ch account? This is important to me.
If I lose access to my emails from the 30th April 2024 I will be put in a most unwelcome position.
