No socket for L internet

Currently I use XL internet (up to 10 Gbit/s) with “fibre” socket. I ordered L internet (up to 1 Gbit/s speed) and I thought that I can use the same old device as for my XL internet. Just that the speed will be decreased. But I got completely new different device for my L internet, which is not compatible with the fibre socket I use for XL internet. And now I have no other socket in our house to plug the L internet in.

Is there any way how to use my old XL device for L internet, so that I can return L device back to Sunrise?
Do I need someone from Sunrise to install new socket in our house, so that I can use L device?
Is there any other option?

You can return the box to us or drop it off at a shop nearby. You can also use the new subscription with the old box, it doesn’t need any other people to make a change.
