I have been trying to get in contact with sunrise since November to sort out the final invoices / finalise the cancelation but they make it near impossible to contact them from overseas.
Although I got a reply via their FB page and their community website, these were completely useless with helping me and in essence just said that the only way to contact them is to call.
Since then I have logged back into the my-sunrise site and seen that they are trying to charge me with late fees on top of all the invoices which should not be included due to when I canceled.
Really disappointed with this level of communication and customer service from Sunrise.
