I received an email today saying that a new Sunrise customer number has been registered with my E-banking.
The customer number referred to is not one of my existing Sunrise account numbers. By doing a password recovery I was able to login to this unknown account. There are no products or services registered to it, but it has my street address and email address. There is no legal ID registered to the account.
How can I find out who created this unknown account? How do I report security breaches to Sunrise?
