About your questions
marton Unfortunately, we are bling and cannot see exactly how you have connected the TV Box to the Internet.
**We have a few questions for you:**
\- Are both TV Boxes connected via WIFI or LAN cable?
The TV box that works is connected via LAN cable.
The one that does not work is connected via WIFI.
I have ordered ethernet extenders via powerline that are due to arrive tomorrow.
\- What happens if you connect the TV Box, for which you cannot select the country, via LAN cable?
I connected this to the LAN cable used for the working TV box but same problem.
\- Can you select anything with the remote control on the TV box that doesn’t work?
I synchronised the remote control with the TV box that doesn’t work OK but after that nothing is selectable, I am stuck with the country choice screen.
Does the remote control work?
When I point the remote control for the TV box that doesn’t work at the working TV box I can, for example, change the volume.
