Access to USB storage device via VPN

Hello,
I would like to access to the USB storage device connected to the sunrise internet box from a remote computer by using a VPN tunnel.
In local with WIFI, I can access to the content of the USB storage device by using the path \\sunrise.box\disk_part\ or \\192.168.1.1\disk_part\ .
With the remote computer, I use Shrew and the VPN connection can be established with Wan IP (188.155.x.x) given for the RoadWarrior (Everything has been configured like described in the User Manual of the Sunrise Internet Box). Once the VPN tunnel has been enabled, how can I access the contents of the USB storage device, which path should I use?

I’m not familiar enough with this topic, but can’t you do it the way you usually do it, i.e. with \\192.168.1.1\disk_part\? If not, what happens if you enter 188.155.x.x\disk_part\?

What Local-IP do you get when you connect your VPN?
Normally, since the VPN connects you to your “Home”-Network, it should be \\192.168.1.1\disk_part\

Thank you for your reply. I finally found the cause of the problem; it was an IP address conflict. When it works, I can use the path \sunrise.box\disk_part\ or \192.168.1.1\disk_part\, both work correctly.

Here’s what happened: when I tried the remote connection, I was connected to a local Wifi network from a Sunrise Box 3 whose IP address was 192.168.1.1. As both Sunrise Boxes (local and remote via VNP) have the same IP address, this can’t work. I have to try changing the IP address of my Sunrise internet box and use another one.
