My wife has noticed that the TV is displaying an account suspended message and we seem to be unable to resolve via the phone support.
The account was cut off briefly in April 2023, but re-instated the same day. I am not sure my wife has used the TV device regularly since then (I guess now she ran out of things on Netflix to watch).
We currently have the old UPC box, which has since been rebranded software to Sunrise (update 5.07).
I have tried manually rebooting the device via the menu, where it downloads a software update and starts succesfully but the problem persists, we are able to watch basic TV but nothing else.
Is there any way to resolve via the support on this forum? :-).
