I am using WiFi with connect box 3 for my laptop and mobile. I have trouble of connecting WiFi since yesterday. Here are some situation…
- the light on electricity plug is green
- When I check on network list from my laptop and mobile, I cannot see my WiFi name. This supposed to be appeared when WiFi is working well.
- Cable socket is properly connected.
- Yesterday, when I tried to reset, the light on modem box turned white and blinking after few minutes and turned off. Today, when I tried to reset, the white light is on and staying still (more than a hour) But no available WiFi network is appeared on my laptop nor mobile.
I have been using the internet for 6 month and had two times of WiFi connecting issue which was caused from disconnected cable socket from device. By following self-guide instruction, it solved well. But this time, it is not helping at all… is there any other good advice?
