As of today, 31.01.2024, we are simplifying the login to our TV app. Until now, Sunrise customers had to create a separate login via MySunrise with a telephone number and the corresponding password.
This step will no longer be necessary for all Apple users from today, 31.01.2024, and from 1.02.2024 for all Android and web users.
What does this mean for me?
- You may be asked to log in to the TV app again today / tomorrow.
- As soon as this is the case for you, you can log in to the TV app again with your MySunrise login details.
- The separate login (telephone number/password) will continue to work, but can no longer be administered in MySunrise. The area will be removed from MySunrise.
With this step, we are now simplifying and standardizing the login for Sunrise customers as well. For UPC customers, everything will remain as usual (login via MyUPC data).
