I tried to connect to the box using RJ45 cable and typing the IP 192.168.1.1, the user interface asked for the settings password which is at the bottom of the box but I keep getting message “the password is incorrect !”
I reset the router by pressing the button >25s but this did not solve the issue. I also called the hotline and they reset it remotely without success.
Support asked me to give them the new network name and password and they will update them for me but I want to keep this private/confidential and want to do it my self.
They also explained that this is known issue with Connect Box 3 and they are working on the issue but since that time I didn’t receive any update.
Is there anyone who experienced the same issue ? Is there any way to solve it?
