I’ve tried to negotiate an offer with your Sales team.
They agreed to my proposal (I wanted to have a discount for 24 months out of 24 months, not 12 months out of 24 months), and they proposed me to handle it in the following way:
- they send me a standard offer (via email), ie. 12 months out of 24 months
- initially, verbally and then in a separate email they confirmed I have my special discount after having me onboard
I’ve thought about and didn’t like this set-up. I tried to ask them to send a proper offer the right way from the beginning, but such requests have been ignored. So I’d just forget about it as the offer would expire in 2 weeks but,
- I started to receive notifications to confirm the transfer of my number
- I received “Welcome to Sunrise” letters via mail
- I am seeing 2 pending orders in advanced status in my account (with SIM cards ordered etc.)
I think it’s a little bit too much as I’ve never accepted the offer. Could you please assist me in cancelling it. I expect to bear no costs?
