Unfortunately, due to an oversight as a student preoccupied with university examinations and Christmas holidays, I missed the deadline just one week ago for my last month’s mobile bill payment. Upon realizing my mistake, I promptly addressed the oversight and paid the due amount.
Being a student, I operate on a tight budget, and the additional fees of CHF 30 for the reminder and CHF 65 for the reactivation of services have placed a significant financial strain on me.
I would like to request a one-time waiver of these fees as a gesture of goodwill, considering my previous track record of timely payments. I value the service provided by Sunrise LLC and wish to continue as a customer in good standing.
I understand the importance of adhering to payment deadlines and assure you this lapse was an exception. I have taken steps to enroll in the MySunrise online customer portal to prevent such incidents in the future.
