In that store, I definitely purchased USIM chips available in 63 European countries.
I even checked it again and asked if it was only available in Switzerland until just before purchase.
However, after crossing the Swiss border, it moved to Germany. Suddenly, it changed to an overseas plan and a notification was issued to pay an additional amount.
