Tonight my Internet connexion to Sunrise broke again.
My router does not connect to internet and keep blinking red. I’ve reboot, reset, checked cables.
Third times it happens for 2 monthes since I migrated from UPC to Sunrise. Never met any issue before the migration.
It’s embarassing cause I need a reliable connexion for my job and I may loose money cause of Sunrise.
When I log in the router I have 2 red arrows blinking non-stop DS Scanning. No provisionning.
Please definetely solve this issue ASAP or I’ll have to leave Sunrise. 3 times in less than 2 monthes is too much.
