bill increased no discount registered

Hi Helena many thanks for getting back. I talked today with the sunrise contract department and the discount will become active from 1 Jan 2024. The only question I did not address, whether December bill can be adjusted with the same/ similar discount. If you could look into it, would be great. Many thanks, Polina
