I have subscribed UPC last Thu., and received the Connect Box on Sat. However, after I setuped and waited for 30 minutes, the LED was still flashing and the Internet was not connected. I have tried several times including a reset to factory setting, the result was still the same. The network status is as followed:
Do you know if it is the defect of the modem or the socket? Thanks in advance.
