How to remove narration for the blind from BBC

Suddenly without my changing anything I have narration for the blind activated on every BBC channel, and that is extremely annoying. Every accessible option is deactivated, language is standard. I just don’t understand what I have to do to remove NAR forever.

Have you deactivated these options in the settings of your TV Box? If so, can you please let us know when a program with the error ran so that we can check it in the replay?

I had this issue with a Channel 4 program. It was Episode 1 of “The couple next door” that I was was watching on the Sunrise TV app. But it is a constant issue with Cbeebies programs as well. I have tried turning off Audio Description, but it makes no difference.

The iptv box. On multiple channels last night. Also have a long standing sound-dropping problem with the tv box (removing all the cables and restarting does not help either of the problems). It‘s still doing the audio description on the recordings from last night. Live Tv now seems normal again.

I used to have the issue with the TV Neo app on my Samsung TV and I still have it with the small square TV box now, and also on the app on my phone. It seems to be an issue regardless of how the content is being accessed, but not for all channels, and also if I have an issue with a channel, it’s not on all programs

Seems to be a known issue, with all the non-AD audio tracks removed so the box has nothing else to work with.

I just checked (I have the non-IPTV box) Hollyoaks on E4 yesterday at 8pm and there’s only one audio track, and it’s the one with the Audio Descriptions. Irritating. It’s an issue with Sunrise not us or our boxes.
