Since last week I cannot get an IP address on my personal device when the cable modem is set to bridge mode(modem mode). It was working nicely since months but suddenly stopped. I switched to routed mode and collected the last logs. I sanitized the mac address of my cable modem but not the CMTS one.

Any help really appreciated. Calling first level of support I was not able to have a solution to this issue.
The configuration on my side was not changed for the last month and it only stopped working last week.
