At end of September I was reading my company’s employee discounts and found that there is a discount at Sunrise for 9 Fr., so I decided to switch from my previous mobile provider. I called the Sunrise contact number (41 58 777 01 01), and the lady in the phone confirmed my thoughts and told me I can come to sunrise with that employee discount.
We confirmed that I am an employee of the given company by sent me an email to my corporate mail address and I verified it with a button.
After this, I had to do some authentication by taking a photo of me and she told me that this is all, I will get my SIM cards by POST and receive my discount for 2 subscriptions. I got a phone number transfering letter some days ago that I had to fill and send back via Post.
After this, the troubles started, by I got a letter that said I didn’t fill the right form. Then I called the customer service and they’re going to send me another form that I have to fill and it is enough to return it back via email… So why I had to send the previous mail via post?
During this call, I remember I told the lady that I don’t want to receive email to my corporate email so she removed my coroporate email from the system.
Our numbers are activated at sunrise at about 15 of October.
So I expected everything is good, I am going to pay 9+9=18Fr. for 2 mobile subsciptions.
In November, I got my bill for 68.63+68.63=136Fr.
I called the customer service about 3 weeks ago and the lady in the phone told me I have no any corporate registered email and no discount registered to my subscription. The support lady told me she will listen the recorded call where the lady during my first call told me that I will receive the discount. She told me she can’t do anything, will talk to her boss and call me back.
One week later she didn’t call me back, so I called the customer service again.
The 3rd lady told me there is no way I can verify a discount via email(that I was granted when I called Sunrise first time for the discount) so I should go to a shop to verify it personally, but I told her I was told I can verify my discount. Ok, the 3rd customer support lady too told me she will talk to her manager and call me back. Again, I didn’t receive a call a week later neither.
So I was told(lied?) I can come to sunrise for a discount, I cancelled my previous good mobile subscription, and now you billed 136Fr instead of 18Fr and NO ONE WANTS TO TALK WITH ME!
