I just received the connect box 3, migrating from UPC (same UI).
I need the DMZ feature and while the box is disconnected from the Internet, the feature is visible under “security” and I can configure it.
As soon as I connect the box to the coax cable, it fetches its “configuration file” and the feature disapears.
I can “factory reset” the box and get the featue back, until it fetches its config again.
Can support enable the feature for a specific box ?
The support person kept telling me that “bridge/modem” mode is unavailable, but it is not what I need.
If DMZ is not available anymore, then I will need to stay with UPC (if possible) or move to another ISP (shame).
