I got fined 30chf for not paying in time for Internet and a message that I can pay for it online in “My Sunrise”.
In “My Sunrise” I only see mobile bills, and there is no information on my Internet subscription and no bills.
I called support and they offered me reseting my password - not what I wanted. Then they said that they will send me bill over the email and send me an email with a link to the sunrise.ch/mybills which says that I don’t have bills due, as internet bills don’t show up there for some reason.
Is there anybody from sunrise who can help me?
I feel like sunrise client portal is overall poorly designed, as I can’t event login using my email, only phone number (but they know my email and let me use it as a login)
I don’t want to pay fine for not paying for the internet in time as there is no way to pay for me using “My Sunrise”.
Also on the phone with support I mentioned that I got bill for 139chf- with overdraft from previous month - but she said that I owe only 82 (including 30chf fine). So the facture I received was incorrect as well - it doesn’t take into account that I owe only for this month. And on top of it - I didn’t receive it before - as I would have paid it.
