I have used UPC/Horizon internet for over a decade. The last internet box was CH765LG-LC. With access control on 192.168.0.1. I have been using a connected Unifi Dream Machine (UDM) for a few years now (accessed on 192.168.1.1 - I have several devices with fixed IPs in the 192.168.1.x range).
I had previously connected the WAN ethernet connection of my UDM to this old UPC box and all functioned correctly.
I have now taken delivery of a Connect Box 3 but connecting my UDM to this box reults in no internet connection. The Conect Box 3 does see the connected device on Ethernet 4. See attached image.
I was reading your support files : Manual setup – Connect Box 3 | Support (sunrise.ch)
It suggests setting up bridge mode if I wish to use the Connect Box 3 in modem mode. And it suggests calling support to set this up.

I contacted the help line yesterday and they said they would look into this. I received an SMS later that day saying “.. we have resolved your disruption.. ” but my Conect Box 3 seems to be unaltered? See attached image
Could I please have some assistance in configuring my Connect Box 3 to allow my UDM to function?
