Has anyone else had the experience of a Sunrise call agent lying to them?
Yesterday I was told that I could only have the Black Friday deal for tv, Internet, land line, if I also ordered a mobile number.
I was also told multiple times that the mobile number had no minimum cancellation time.
When I looked at the Sunrise web page, and my personal details, I found that both of these were incorrect.
The mobile deal is a separate contract from the tv, Internet, land line. I also noticed that the mobile contract has a 2 year cancellation period.
I am pretty incensed at the moment. These tactics are appalling.
