Dear Team,
I have XL subscription, but with a cable modem. In my order I see both upload and download speeds as 1 Gbs. However, my measured speed seems 1Gb download and 100 Mb upload (with direct cable, no wifi).
1) Could we update the settings to 1/1Gb?
2) I see the ConnectBox 3 has 2.5 Gbs socket, since technically this is XL subscription (so 10Gb) could we increase the speed to the 2.5Gb download/upload. I’m not sure if it’s technically possible with a cable modem, but it would definitely be awesome.
