Dear Team,
I have received additional Wifi Extender/Pod and I see it adds 5 CHF to my bill. I did not ask for it (I already have a mesh). As you can see on my order, the total is 49.90, without the additional 5. Otherwise I would not call it a benefit but cost.
I could not deactivate it (on 31.10, the date when it arrived), even though it says cancellation is possible until 31.10.2023 (see attached images) How can I return it?
I wrote a PM to Sunrise Team right away but perhaps these PMs are not visible anymore.
